These guys are pretty awesome. The initial quote to replace my sad & failing porch was reasonable; unfortunately, there were also problems with my awning and that required some special work that the guys coordinated (my house was built in 1908 so this really wasn’t a huge surprise tbh). The job ended up being more expensive (and took a little longer) than I had planned for, but it was important to me that the front of the house had a structure that was built to last. I love the new porch (it is safer and bigger) and I feel great about the awning now being level and supported correctly. Ben and Spencer are very friendly, diligent, and they like things to be done right. Communication was excellent throughout the process; they didn’t try to talk me into anything I didn’t want to do: they presented me with good options given the circumstances. I definitely will be calling on them again when it’s time to deal with my backyard!

We had a great experience working with Willow Outdoor as they recently helped us revitalize our backyard with work on our patio, lawn, and landscaping. We provided Willow with our ideas and a budget for the project, and they delivered. Ben and Spencer worked with us throughout the entire process. I hired Willow Outdoor to refurbish our deck which was chewed by squirrels. It had quite a bit of damage. Spencer evaluated the project, gave me a bid and he and his crew made our deck look brand new. I would hire Willow again for any outdoor projects in the future.

We are absolutely thrilled with the exceptional service provided by Ben and Spencer from Willow ! From start to finish, their professionalism and attention to detail were truly unparalleled. Joe and his extremely hard working team transformed our yard into a stunning oasis, exceeding all our expectations. Ben’s creativity and Spencer’s expertise were evident in every aspect of the design and execution. We also had them install a new sprinkler system and it is awesome! Great communicators, early risers, and stayed till 6 pm every night till the job was done! Plus they follow up and have come back asap when needed. Just really nice guys 🙂
